What data we use and why

• Purchase: your email, name, country and order details, received from Stripe/Link, to send you the product, give support and handle refunds (performance of the contract), and to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• Support: the messages and screenshots you send us, to help you (performance of the contract).
• Website: technical data such as your IP address, processed by our hosting provider to serve the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest). We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Card details are handled only by Stripe; we never see them.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and Link (payments, receipts, taxes).
• Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, file storage and delivery).
• Resend (sending the delivery email).

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep it

Order data for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 6 years in Spain). Support messages for up to 2 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by emailing hola@lupaclips.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
