Your first video, in five steps.

About 10 minutes, Mac or Windows. You bring the idea; your AI does the rest.

Before you start, have ready:

  • The Claude desktop app (Pro plan) or the ChatGPT desktop app (Plus plan)
  • An ElevenLabs account (free to start)
  • The email with your download link

    Download the file

    From the confirmation page or the email from hola@lupaclips.com, press Download. Can't find the email? Check spam and promotions.

    Unzip it

    Windows: right-click the file → Extract All…. Mac: double-click it. Don't move anything inside the folder.

    Open the folder in your AI

    It has to be the desktop app, not the website.

    • Claude

      Open the Claude app and click Code at the top. Click Select folder and choose the folder you just unzipped.

    • ChatGPT

      Open the ChatGPT app and go to Codex. Click + next to Projects, keep Local and choose the folder.

    If it asks whether you trust the folder, say yes.

    Type “set me up”

    Your AI installs what's missing and asks you a few questions: your language, your account and the voice. Then it opens a page in your browser for your ElevenLabs key. Paste it there, never in the chat.

    How to get your ElevenLabs key

    1. Go to elevenlabs.io and create an account or log in.
    2. Bottom left, click Developers, then API Keys.
    3. Click Create Key and give it any name.
    4. Turn off the Restrict Key switch. If it's on, the key can't make voices.
    5. Create the key and copy it. It starts with sk_ and it's long.

    The key ID won't work. In the key list you'll see a short code: that's not it. The right one starts with sk_. ElevenLabs only shows it once: if you didn't copy it, create another one.

    Ask for your video

    Ask in your own words, like you'd ask a person: a curiosity, something about your business, a question everyone has. For example:

    Make me a video about why Uber doesn't send you the closest car

    No topic? Ask it: “Give me ideas for a video”.

What to expect

  • The first time it installs things. It takes a few minutes. Only once.
  • It will ask permission to install programs or open pages. That's normal: accept.
  • You decide the topic and the script first. It shows them to you before drawing anything.
  • Then it shows you how it will look: the first frame and the first seconds with sound. Tell it what to change, or say “go ahead”.
  • The video takes a while, because every shot is drawn and checked in motion. It can take a few hours. Keep your computer on and the app open.
  • Your video ends up in the salida folder (output), with the cover and the post text.

To use less of your AI plan

  • One video per conversation. For the next one, open a new conversation in the same folder.
  • Turn off connectors you don't use while making videos (email, calendar, Notion…).
